The Resort offers its customers two formulas: HB formula, with room, breakfast and dinner and FB formula, with room, breakfast, Mediterranean brunch and dinner;

Breakfast (buffet service 7.30-10.30 am)

• For guests of Ginepri at the main restaurant “Nautilus” from 07.30 to 10.30 am;
• For guests of Palme at the “Pomodoro” restaurant from 08.00 to 10.30 am;
• For guests of Rocce at the “Romantico” restaurant from 08.00 to 10.30 am;
• For the guests of Sabine at the “Il Leccio” restaurant from 08.00 to 10.30 pm;
• For guests of La Duna Bianca breakfast is served in the room at no extra charge from 8.00 to 10.30 am or in any of the other Restaurants at their choice.
• From 07.30 to 08.00 am all guests can use the restaurant that is open.
   

Dinner (from 19.30 to 22.00 pm)

The Resort & SPA Le Dune offers a varied and high quality level of cuisine able to satisfy all tastes and palates, with a choice between several different restaurants (all requiring reservations except the main restaurant, “Nautilus”). Natural spring water (from Tempio hills) and house wine included with meals (wine excluded at the restaurants “Il Romantico”, “Il Leccio and “Il Fico d’India”, at "Scorfano" restaurant bottled DOC wine included).

 Brunch Mediterraneo® (upon reservation, at the Nautilus or La Spiaggia restaurant)

From 12.30 to 14.30, a light buffet created createdwith the pleasure of good cookery in mind: hot pasta dishes, Chef’s cold dishes based on cereals, legumes and vegetables in addition to a wide selection of salads, fruits and local cheese. The traditional second courses of meat and fish and dessert are not served. The Brunch Mediterraneo® (to agree in the Resort), may be replaced with “Packet Lunch”, or “Brunch Around”. ( Booking is request required at your reception at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability ) - Lunch at one of the following hotels of the Delphina Group (4 stars): Resort Cala di Falco (Cannigione); Park Hotel & SPA Cala di Lepre (Palau); Hotel Marinedda Thalasso & SPA (Isola Rossa); Hotel Relax Torreruja Thalasso & SPA (Isola Rossa). With an extra charge of €10.00 at the 5 star Resort Valle dell’Erica Thalasso & SPA (S. Teresa Gallura) Transfer and drinks not included, reservation obligatory at the Hotel. On request upon booking, gluten-free dishes will be arranged.
